About Ludo Hero

Ludo Hero is a modern online version of the classic Ludo board game that has been a part of many generations' childhoods. In Ludo Hero, you will choose one of four colors (Red, Green, Yellow, or Blue) and control your 4 pieces to run around the board with the sole purpose of reaching the finish line before your opponent.

How to play Ludo Hero

Take all 4 pieces around the board and bring them back to their “home” safely and before anyone else.

Players take turns rolling the dice once per turn. Only when the dice shows a 6 can you move a piece from the “pen” to the board. If there is already a piece outside the board, you can choose to move a piece the number of steps corresponding to the face of the dice. Rolling a 6 will get you another turn, but if you roll 6 three times in a row, the turn will be skipped as a penalty.

If you stop at the exact position of your opponent's piece, you will capture that piece, chasing it back to the stable. The captured piece must start over. A position can only contain 1 piece, except for safe positions, where multiple pieces of the same color can stand together.

When a piece has completed a round of the board, it will turn into its own colored line to enter the central area, called the house. Only when it has taken the correct number of steps into the house will it be considered to have reached the finish line. The winner is the one who brings all 4 pieces home first.
